MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 11, 1998--FRANCINE CHALOULT Celine Dion and Rene Angelil announced in Montreal today the formation of an international concert production company to be known as CDA PRODUCTIONS. Longtime associate Barry Garber has been named Sr. V.P. and will head the operation which is to be head quartered in Montreal adjacent to the artist's own management company Feeling Productions. Effective June 19th, Garber will depart his position as V.P. of DKD Universal Concerts Canada where he has been account executive for Celine Dion and has acted as her international touring agent since 1990, on the heels of the launch of her Unison album.

CDA will have as its foremost assignment the planning and execution of Celine Dion's live performances around the globe. "With the extremely demanding touring schedule that Celine maintains, this is an inevitable stage in the evolution of our organization", said Rene Angelil. "Barry has been an important part of our team for many years and Celine and I have every confidence that CDA will be an exciting adventure for all of us for a long time to come".

Both Dion and Angelil plan to be proactive in the company and other musical projects will eventually be developed for future production.

Other team members who will join Garber include Lloyd Brault (Operations), Rosetta Loggia (accounting) and Jaclyn Lee (Executive Assistant).

Celine Dion will commence her Let's Talk About Love World Tour in Boston on August 21st.
