Bure Wins Tax Case in the Administrative Court of Appeal of Sek 187M.

 has received judgement from the Administrative Court of Appeal in Gothenburg regarding its status as investment company in 1993. The Administrative Court of Appeal confirms the decision of the County Administrative Court and rejects the Tax Authority's appeal. The County Administrative Court is therefore in line with Bure and decides that the Company will be taxed as an investment company for the 1993 full-year.
