I read TK's review of the unique Synfactory U-vola loudspeaker with great interest. But did the name of this speaker derive from the Italian phrase for "the flying egg"? U-vola is reminiscent of the anatomical term "uvula uvula: see palate. "; that's the little blob of tissue that hangs down from the back of the palate. This seems like an appropriate and plausible inspiration for the name of this suspended loudspeaker. (Uvula itself comes from the Latin word for "little grape," according to according to

Of, showing, or characterized by alliteration.
