Bunge.Frank Jimenez Frank R. Jimenez (b. November 11, 1964) became the 21st General Counsel of the U.S. Department of the Navy on September 25, 2006, following his nomination by George W. Bush and confirmation by the United States Senate. as general counsel, secretary and managing director of government affairs, effective July 5. He currently serves as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Xylem xylem (zī`ləm): see stem; wood.

Inc., an S&P 500, global water technology company recently spun off from ITT Corporation. Jimenez also previously was general counsel of the U.S. Department of the Navy in the Bush and Obama administrations; deputy general counsel for the U.S. Department of Defense; and chief of staff at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as deputy chief of staff and acting general counsel to Gov. Jeb Bush (R) of Florida.
