Tang Soo Do (Hangul: 당수도) is the Korean pronunciation of the Chinese characters
 set three new club records as they claimed an astonishing 30 medals at the World Tang Soo Do Association In 1968 Master Jae Chul Shin came to the United States of America as the U. S. representative for the Korean Tang Soo Do Association. He formed the U. S. Tang Soo Do Federation in Burlington, New Jersey in 1968.  national championships.

The Seaside club came home from Dagenham with five national champions in their best-ever medal tally, leading to third place overall from 29 clubs with 208 points.

Three junior students were among the champions - Shane Finn, Alex Jenkinson and Joe Morton - along with Thomas Beedle and Louise Morton.

Shane triumphed in the Under-10 orange belt sparring, Alex in the Under-9 category and Joe in the Under-10 red belt hyungs (forms).

Thomas and Louise's successes arrived in the senior blue belt hyungs.

In his first competition after a four-year absence, regional instructor Martin Silk, 22, wielded a sword for second and third places in the third dan weapons category.

Three students showed their all-round abilities by picking up podium places in all three weapons, forms and sparring sections.

Six-year-old Jack Hutchinson Jack Hutchinson was an Australian rules footballer who played in the Victorian Football Association between 1901 and 1910. He played his first two seasons for the Port Melbourne Football Club then crossed to the Richmond Football Club in 1903 and played there until they left VFA at  won a trio of Under-9 brown belt silvers.

Louise Morton added a second in sparring and third in weapons to her first place in hyungs.

And Bradley Morgan, 17, collected three third place finishes in a hard fought Under-31, first dan black belt division.

The club finished the day with 11 second places and 14 thirds to go with their five titles.
