Bullock's midsummer dream realized at Jaffe beach house.

Janna Bullock, CEO RIGroup will host Midsummer Dream, an art house at the famed architect, Norman Jaffe, beach house in Southampton, New York.

The house features an Africana exhibit by photographer, Peter Beard, and other works by Andy Warhol, Vanessa Beecroft, Matthew Ritchie, David Salle, Robert Indiana, Jennifer Steinkamp, Roni Horn, Nara Wesselmann, Stephan Bruggenann, Arman, Malotkin, and Yves Klein.

The house is open to the public in the month of June on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

"I'm thrilled to host this classic 'Midsummer Dream' exhibit at the landmark house designed by Norman Jaffe. I feel that this exhibit is a continuation of RIGroups' commitment to art and design both in New York and in international venues," said Bullock.

The Norman Jaffe house is a prime example of Bullock's passion for architectural restoration. A classic architectural masterpiece, the property has undergone major expansion under the guidance of Bullock and architect, Preston T. Phillips. The expansion adds 1,700 s/f to the existing 4,700 s/f house and features dramatic views of the 18th century Japanese themed garden.

Bullock is known for her preservation of architectural detail in regard to the company's development projects and many of her properties in Manhattan, such as the Beaux-Arts Mansion at 14 East 82nd Street, which she lent to the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club for their annual Decorator Show House in 2007.

RIGgroup is a strong supporter of the arts and has previously sponsored many art and cultural events in the past this year, such as the Kips Bay Show House. RIGroup is also the lead sponsor of the "all in the present must be transformed: Matthew Barney and Joseph Bueys" which is on display in Venice at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection from June 6 through September 2, 2007 coinciding with the 52nd Annual Venice Biennale. Later this month, RIGroup will bring famed actor and director Dennis Hopper to The Hermitage in St Petersburg, Russia.
