Bullion River Gold Corp. will Conduct Geophysical Testing at its Wenban Spring Property and Appoints Manager for North Fork Project.

RENO, Nev. -- Bullion River Gold Corp. (OTCBB:BLRV) (FRANKFURT:BVM) will conduct its first geophysical test program within days at its 100% owned Wenban Spring property near Cortez Hills, the latest multi-million ounce gold discovery in Nevada. Wenban Spring is directly adjacent to the south of Placer Dome's (NYSE:PDG) and Rio Tinto's (NYSE:RTP) Cortez Joint Venture land holdings. Bullion River's property, which is about seven square miles in size, covers the intersection of two major fault systems and is only six miles away from the Cortez Hills discovery. The geophysical investigation will assist Bullion River in its geological interpretation and identification of drill targets.

Furthermore, Bullion River is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Paul C. Spor to the position of Project Manager of the Company's North Fork development project in California. Mr. Spor has over 30 years of experience in active mining operations and mine development projects in the western U.S. He has broad experience that includes management and operation of processing and mining facilities, ore reserve development, completion of feasibility studies, geological investigations, financial analysis and public relations. Mr. Spor will be responsible for implementing the Company's underground rehabilitation and exploration program at the North Fork Project. The project, 30 miles northeast of Grass Valley, California, contains high-grade gold mineralization in a vein system that has not seen exploration since the 1930's (see Sept. 28th, 2004 press release). If the exploration program proves successful, Bullion River Gold hopes to advance the project to production in 2006.
