Blessed Virgin Mary ) through its 100%-owned subsidiary French Gulch (Nevada) Mining Corp. (FGNMC), has executed today an exploration agreement with the Washington-Niagara Partnership (WNP WNP Wireless Number Portability (FCC) WNP White Nationalist Party WNP Washington Nuclear Power WNP Will Not Proceed ) of Wisconsin, whereby FGNMC may acquire the Washington-Niagara property in the French Gulch mining district in northern California Northern California, sometimes referred to as NorCal, is the northern portion of the U.S. state of California. The region contains the San Francisco Bay Area, the state capital, Sacramento; as well as the substantial natural beauty of the redwood forests, the northern . The agreement with an option to purchase follows a 3-month due-diligence period as described previously and calls for FGNMC to pay the WNP $15,000 on signing. After June 1st, 2005, FGNMC will initiate bimonthly bi·month·ly adj. 1. Happening every two months. 2. Happening twice a month; semimonthly. adv. 1. Once every two months. 2. The Property is 15 miles northwest of Redding, California Redding (pop. 104,295) is the county seat of Shasta County, California, USA, located on the Sacramento River and on Interstate 5 south of Shasta Lake. It is the largest city north of Sacramento, as well as the northernmost designated metropolitan area and city with over 100,000 , and consists of approximately 2 square miles A square mil is a unit of area, equal to the area of a square with sides of length one mil. This unit of area is usually used in specifying the area of the cross section of a wire or cable. of patented and unpatented mining claims covering a series of underexplored high-grade, mesothermal gold-bearing quartz veins. Historic underground mining at the Property's Washington and Niagara mines from 1852 through 1950 yielded an estimated 185,000 ounces of gold. During the 1990's, private companies mined approximately 19,000 ounces of gold at the Washington mine from ore grading about 1 opt Au, including 8,800 tons grading 1.13 opt Au. At Washington, a series of at least six steeply-dipping gold-bearing quartz veins occurs across a width of at least 800 feet and a strike length of at least 2,000 feet. Mentioned in: Rickets mineralization, n the bioprecipitation of an inorganic substance. has been mined over a vertical range of 500 feet along ore shoots, but remains open at depth and along strike. The Niagara mine workings, 4,000 feet west of Washington, are inaccessible. One ore shoot was mined for 800 feet downdip; the main portion reportedly averaged 2.4 opt Au over 4-10 foot widths, 200 feet of dip extent and 400 feet in strike. There has been very limited exploration drilling from surface and underground. At the Washington mine, at least two veins contain significant ore shoots that remain open to depth. Further, field evidence and historic data indicate that significant potential exists for additional high-grade veins on the Property, particularly along strike of the Washington and Niagara mine areas. Although coarse visible gold is common, grades and vein thicknesses show a strong consistency within ore shoots. In one of the recently-mined areas at the Washington mine, channel samples across the vein showed consistently high grades over a strike length of 120 feet and a dip extent of 220 feet. Of the 150 samples collected, the average grade was 2.79 opt Au across an average width of 4.6 feet. Recent sampling and mapping by FGNMC has confirmed the grades and potential of the Property. For example, an undeveloped vein 1,300 feet south of the Washington mine workings assayed 4.2 opt Au across 1 foot and represents a new exploration target. Several vein occurrences with minimal development 2,200 feet west of and along strike with the Washington mine veins provide evidence for extensive along strike continuity. FGNMC plans an aggressive program of underground core drilling and surface reverse-circulation drilling over the next several months to test the down-dip projection of ore shoots at the Washington mine and test extensions along strike. The program has the potential of delineating sufficient ounces of high-grade gold at the Washington mine to lead to a production decision in 2005. If the exploration effort is successful, FGNMC will initiate a mine-development program with the goal of commencing underground production as soon as possible. The property includes an on-site mill which operated recently and can be refurbished and expanded. All operating permits are in place, and FGNMC is continuing to conduct reviews concerning all issues related to the property and future mining and processing. Peter M. Kuhn, President of Bullion River Gold Corp., states: "The French Gulch Project has the potential to launch Bullion River into production status over a relatively short time frame. The high grades and continuity apparent in the data at hand are very exciting." Exploration Vice President, Dr. Jacob Margolis, also notes: "The French Gulch district displays geologic elements that are very favorable, such as the close association of the gold veins with strongly-altered and mineralized min·er·al·ize v. min·er·al·ized, min·er·al·iz·ing, min·er·al·iz·es v.tr. 1. The lack of systematic modern exploration in a district with these exceptional grades gives us an unusual opportunity to break open a significant new mining camp."
