Bullion River Gold Corp. Details Activities Leading to Production at its French Gulch Mine.

RENO, Nev. -- Bullion River Gold Corp. (OTCBB:BLRV)(FWB:BVM): Bullion River Gold is pleased to provide an update on its activities, focusing mainly on the French Gulch mine. Since the company has now acquired the French Gulch property, it is necessary to transfer all existing permits, licenses and certificates in order to start production on the mine later this year. An environmental Phase 1 study has been completed to the full satisfaction of the company by an independent consulting firm. Furthermore, metallurgical testing has revealed excellent results in recovery, +92%, for both the Lucky 7 and Washington vein systems. An internal cost calculation for capital costs as well as for production costs have been completed and will be audited by an independent consulting firm in the next weeks to come. Detailed underground mine engineering has begun and the company is negotiating with consulting companies to acquire a complete integrated engineering and cost system, using the latest mine engineering software technology available. Further, equipment is being purchased for the excavation of an underground decline, which will serve exploration and production purposes. The underground exploration continues and they have completed 46 of the 56 Phase 1 holes in the reserve definition program. Additionally, the company is conducting district exploration, which will include surface core drilling.
