) today announced the closing of a $4,800,000.00 non-brokered Private Placement. The Company issued 6,400,000 Units at a price of $0.75 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase an additional share of common stock at a price of $1.00. The warrants have a term of 36 months. The Company intends to file a registration statement with the SEC with respect to the common stock and warrants sold in this and the previously announced financing. The securities will be freely tradable once the SEC declares the registration effective.

Kuhn, President of Bullion River Gold Corp. states: "Our goal to raise sufficient funds for the development of our properties, and in particular for the French Gulch, has been more than fulfilled. This financing will bring us to the production decision point at the French Gulch and beyond. Our objective to find many investors in different locations in the Americas and Europe and to create a diverse and sophisticated shareholder base has been accomplished."
