BulletIN.net Merges with Jungle Drum Systems and Buys Out Australian Joint Venture.

BulletIN.net, a leading supplier of wireless middleware Software that functions as a conversion or translation layer. It is also a consolidator and integrator. Custom-programmed middleware solutions have been developed for decades to enable one application to communicate with another that either runs on a different platform or comes from a  software, announced today it has merged with New Zealand New Zealand (zē`lənd), island country (2005 est. pop. 4,035,000), 104,454 sq mi (270,534 sq km), in the S Pacific Ocean, over 1,000 mi (1,600 km) SE of Australia. The capital is Wellington; the largest city and leading port is Auckland.  wireless application company Jungle Drum Systems, Ltd.

Jungle Drum founder Michael Buisson has been appointed to BulletIN.net's Board of Directors.

This merger gives BulletIN.net new deliverable technologies in the wireless space including a web messaging/instant messaging product, a fully operational dispatch application that can be used to manage service staff and schedule service/CRM activities wirelessly, and a variety of other wireless applications. The merger also provides new revenue streams from Jungle Drum's established relationships with major New Zealand and Australian carriers and corporations.

BulletIN.net will maintain development staffs in both locations; the New Zealand operation will be responsible for BulletIN.net's vertical market applications and the Atlanta operation will be responsible for wireless infrastructure development. Additionally, BulletIN.net purchased the balance of BulletIN.net Australia PTY Pty Austral & S African Proprietary  Limited, its joint venture in Australia, giving Bulletin 100% ownership of this venture. BulletIN.net now has approximately 12 people in the Australia and New Zealand region.
