Bullet-Cougar Golf Corp. to distribute Makser clubs by Olazabal.

SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 1995-- Bullet-Cougar Golf Corp. ("Bullet"), a publicly owned Nevada corporation and subsidiary of Bullet Sports International Inc. (OTC BB:PARR) and Makser S.A., a European private company founded by Jose-Maria Olazabal, have reached an exclusive worldwide distribution agreement by Bullet of all Makser products.

Makser will continue distributing their products in Japan via its own sales channels.

Bullet will aggressively distribute Makser to complement the already tremendously successful line of Bullet .444 Oversize Irons and Woods with a high end, top quality product for the serious golfer.

The high tech Makser golf company, which holds several worldwide patents, produces putters and metalwoods conceived by Jose-Maria Olazabal in conjunction with Dr. Doria, an engineering professor. Olazabal, a significant shareholder of Makser, S.A., has created a high quality and innovative line of golf clubs.

At the forefront of Makser's putter line is Olazabal's signature model that is engineered according to the 1994 Masters Champion's theory of promoting an inside-to-square swing. The putter feathers a forged bronze cavity-back faced balance head. Other innovative designs of the toe-heel weighted mallet and blade models, along with a very special "L-Shape" putter complete a unique range of putters.

The new TW-7 metalwoods take full advantage of the aerodynamic benefits derived from the Airflow Stabilizer (the "Stabilizer") that is incorporated on the rear side of the head, thereby reducing vibration during the swing and helping to push the head forward. The Stabilizer has enabled Makser to make metalwoods longer, lighter and at the same time easier to hit.

The shaft, specifically engineered by Swix, (already the maker of shafts favored by touring professionals), is made of Kevlar and High-modules graphite. The shaft is very light weight and has excellent torque resistance. The combination of this shaft with a foam free head provides for a perfectly balanced club.

Professional and amateur golfers report that the TW-7 has great feel, is very easy to hit and drives the ball further than any other metalwood. Independent laboratory testing proves that the TW-7 is a very playable club with amazing consistency in its dispersion pattern.
