BullSoft Joins The BEA Technology Alliance Program to Enable Secure e-Infrastructure and E-Commerce Management.

BullSoft to enable secure management of BEA products through its

OpenMaster(R) and AccessMaster(R) software product lines Software Product Lines, or software product line development, refers to engineering methods, tools and techniques for creating a collection of similar software systems from a shared set of software assets using a common means of production.  

At the BEA User's Conference here this week, BullSoft, the worldwide software division of Bull, announced it has signed an agreement with BEA Systems BEA Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAS) is one of the major companies developing enterprise infrastructure software. BullSoft interoperability with BEA products, is expected to be available to new and existing users by year's end. Through this collaboration, BEA has become an Offer Member of BullSoft's "Ready for BullSoft" partner program.

The BullSoft agreement with BEA complements a partnership announced in December 1999 in which Bull and BEA entered into a worldwide strategic technology, services, marketing, and sales alliance to accelerate the integration and deployment of enterprise-class solutions for e-business.
