Bull Expands, Strengthens Solutions Portfolio for Telecommunications Industry.


ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 1999--

Elevates BullSoft's OpenMaster for Telecom product group to

business unit status; establishes new systems integration business

unit for competitive carriers in North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere.  

Leveraging its unique capabilities in telecommunications management software and systems integration services, Bull has launched two initiatives that promise to deliver more effective solutions to meet the needs of service providers in the telecommunications industry. The new solutions, which involve product and service capabilities, are complementary but independently marketed. Both initiatives are showcased at the company's booth (#1441) at Supercomm '99 here this week.

On the product side, BullSoft, the worldwide software division of Bull, has consolidated R&D, sales, marketing and professional services (job) professional services - A department of a supplier providing consultancy and programming manpower for the supplier's products.  associated with its widely installed OpenMaster(R) for Telecom management software, and has elevated the product organization to business unit status to more effectively respond to customer needs in this complex and rapidly growing market.
