) today announced that their respective boards of directors have elected Bryan F. Bulawa vice president and treasurer for the three publicly traded partnerships. Bulawa's duties in his new role will include responsibility for corporate finance, cash management and credit functions. He brings to the position a strong energy banking background and has spent the last 13 years at Scotia Capital, where he served as director of the firm's U.S. Energy Corporate Finance and Distribution group.

"Having worked directly with Bryan for several years while he was at Scotia Capital, we have experienced first-hand his outstanding financial skills and in-depth understanding of the midstream energy sector and publicly traded partnerships in particular," said Michael A. Creel, executive vice president and chief financial officer for Enterprise Products Partners. "Besides managing the day-to-day financial activities, Bryan will also play an important role in securing financing to fund the growth of our partnerships."

Bulawa holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Wyoming UW is a national research university prominent in the fields of environment and natural resource research, specializing in agriculture, energy, geology, and water resource related fields. . In his new position, he will report to Senior Vice President W. Randall Fowler.
