Bukiet homes built in Goshen.

Set against the beautiful Hudson Valley landscape in Goshen, N.Y., a new home community, The Hills at Goshen, is being unveiled. The homes are being built by Bukiet Building & Management Co.

The new community, which is being built on a 68-acre site south of Route 17 at Arcadia Road, will contain 34 homes in four distinct models, each available in three different elevations. A fifth model, The Lyric, will feature a gazebo and contain more than 3,200 s/f of space. All will feature classic design with such architectural elements as dormers, bay and bow windows and hip roofs. Some models will be fronted by wrap-around open porches.

The homes will contain a dynamic open space plan, elegant center hall foyers with graceful sweeping staircases and nine-foot ceiling heights on the first floor. According to model, they will contain four bedrooms, oversized family rooms with fireplaces, conservatories, 2-1/2 baths, formal dining rooms and state-of-the art kitchens with family-sized breakfast rooms. A signature in new Bukiet-built homes is a luxurious master suite, which can contain large walk-in closets, sitting areas and a master bath complete with dual sinks, a whirlpool tub and separate shower.

So that each home may be tailored to the individual preference of purchasers, an in-depth selection of custom features is available. These can include soaring cathedral ceilings, walk-out basements, expanded dens and open lofts. The homes at The Hills at Goshen will also offer sophisticated technology to provide comfort and convenience, including energy-conscious heating and cooling systems and two-car garages. The homes, now in the pre-construction phase, are priced from the low-$500's.
