Built-to-suit facility completed.

Matrix Development Group and Siemens Medical Systems celebrated the opening of a new 146,000-square-foot warehouse/office building built to suit by the Cranbury developer.

The new building is in the Monroe Township section of Center Point at 8A, Matrix's 900-acre business park. (The park spans Monroe and South Brunswick Townships.)

The building was completed in record time - 10 months from ground-breaking to ribbon cutting.

The architect is Saunder Schaevitz of SNC Architects and Engineers in Montvale, New Jersey.

The new facility is situated on scenic landscaped 12 acre site adjacent to a multi acre pond and fountain, just down the road from the 75.000-square-foot warehouse Siemens had been leasing from Matrix since 1985.
