Building services firm expands its reach to 10 states.


Harvard Maintenance, Inc., a leading New York-based independent building services provider, has acquired Chicago-based Elite Maintenance, Inc., a well-known and respected private janitorial firm serving building owners in Illinois Illinois, river, United States

The nearly 20 million square feet of commercial properties under contract with Elite will continue to be serviced under the Elite name.

"The acquisition of Elite Maintenance was a perfect fit for Harvard's ongoing expansion initiative," said Mr. Doobin. "Dave Domlija and his management team have established a reputation for customer service, fairness and employee loyalty that matches nicely with our corporate philosophy and Elite will be a welcome addition to the Harvard family."

Established in 1992, Elite Maintenance recently earned the rare ISO (1) See ISO speed.
