A YEAR ago you'd have needed a crystal ball to predict the outcome for Keenan's Future.

The horse was badly injured in a fall over jumps at Punchestown and was out of racing for nine months as he made his recovery.

But he is made of tough stuff, bouncing back with Michael Murphy riding him to a win at the Crudwell Cup at Warwick.

Now trainer Ian Williams is poised to send him out on the flat at Uttoxeter. A wide-open Summer National may be tailor-made for brave Keenan's Future (4.25). By the Thames at Windsor, Dancing Wave (2.55) gets the vote to follow up her all-the-way Redcar strike.

Meanwhile, Richard Hannon can follow up his Royal Ascot haul when Yer Woman goes in search of another decent juvenile prize at Salisbury.

This speedy filly fairly scooted clear at Windsor last month.

In the opener, the extra furlong should suit Fire And Stone (2.00) while Merrymadcap (2.35) was mugged close home recently and will appreciate this slightly longer trip..
