Building Services M&A Forum Comes to Boston.

With cross-consolidation rising dramatically in the building services industry, an esteemed faculty of top dealmakers will gather in Boston later this month for the third annual "Building Services Mergers & Acquisitions Forum."

This year's program has been expanded to include industry segments such as janitorial, landscaping, pest control, security, lighting maintenance, parking, roofing and other areas.

The two-day conference will provide corporate executives, private equity investors, bankers and attorneys with a roadmap for every turn in the dealmaking process. It will be preceded by a special half-day pre-conference workshop regarding M&A valuation and post-acquisition integration.
