Building Industry Association chooses Man of the Year.

 recently presented its top honor for 2003 to veteran home builder, R. Randy Lee, of Leewood Real Estate Group.

At the organization's annual holiday dinner, attended by more than 250 guests, BIANYC presented Lee its annual "Man of the Year" award and announced that he would become the first inductee to the association's "Hall of Fame."

The Man of the Year award is presented annually by BIANYC to a member home builder who has gone above and beyond to benefit the industry, the homebuilding and construction communities and the organization's membership.

"I am truly honored to receive these awards from the Building Industry Association of New York City," said R. Randy Lee, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Leewood Real Estate Group. "Having worked with some of these members for 35 years, I can only say that it has been a pleasure to serve the association and to strive to make the building industry better. I sincerely thank the members for honoring me with these awards."

BIANYC also selected Randy Lee to serve as the first inductee to the organization's Hall of Fame for his 35 years of dedicated service. Candidates for the Hall of Fame are members who have been members of BIANYC for 25 years or more and who have had a major role in shaping the industry.
