J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. is building on its reputation as a quality, responsive developer and design/builder in both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania marketplaces. The 15-year-old, full-service company has offices in Asbury, N.J., along the I-78 corridor, and in Bethlehem, Penn. To date, Petrucci completed in excess of 5 million SF of development and design/build construction projects in these markets and currently owns/manages over 2.5 million SF of office and industrial properties.

Petrucci is managed locally in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with seasoned experts in the commercial real estate field. Each office is fully staffed with acquisition, construction, leasing, management and operations professionals and both offices work closely together in sharing data, resources and services. Petrucci has been highly successful meeting the needs of a prestigious client list in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, which includes Federal Express, Allied Worldwide, Cryovac/Sealed and Midas Muffler muffler, in automobiles, device designed to reduce the noise from the exhaust of an internal-combustion engine.
