Building's diversity entices new tenants.


530 Seventh Avenue has recently seen an influx of junior / missy sportswear and contemporary companies into the building, a change that the tenant base from the ladies' upscale tenants that previously occupied the building almost exclusively, which

"We wanted to diversify the building's roster fashion tenants while keeping 530 Seventh committed to the industry," says owner Bob Savitt. "Now we're 100% leased."

Kaufman/Adler Realty a division of The Kaufman Organization has negotiated four recent leases on behalf of junior / missy sportswear and contemporary companies at 530 Seventh Avenue, including:

* Baby Phat Baby Phat is an urban fashion line of clothing and other items for women and girls designed by Kimora Lee Simmons. Besides clothing, the brand also includes accessories for phones, jewelry, shoes and clothes. It is the corporate "sibling" of the clothing brand Phat Farm. , the young woman's trendy lifestyle line headed by Kimora Simmons. According to according to
