Builders to Learn ``Green Building on Any Budget'' at April 13 Panel in San Jose; La Jolla Pacific Experts to Offer Case Study of Successful Terramor Village at Green Construction 2006.

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- When home builders consider incorporating green-building elements in new projects, the question of cost-effectiveness inevitably arises. What are the most beneficial systems and procedures that will ensure compliance with the growing implementation of green-building initiatives, yet maintain a sensible budget?

Two experts from Irvine, Calif.-based La Jolla Pacific Ltd. will address "Green Building on Any Budget" at the upcoming Green Construction 2006, taking place next Wednesday and Thursday (April 12-13) at the San Jose Convention Center.

Mark Buberl, project manager, and Don Neff, president, will offer first-hand knowledge on the systems and procedures that are necessary to achieve success in a developer's green-building program. In a session, scheduled for Thursday, April 13, from 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., Buberl and Neff will offer their expertise gleaned from involvement in the successful Terramor Village development at Ladera Ranch in Orange County.
