This year's gala, held at Cipriani 42nd Street and hosted by Jane Hanson--WNBC Anchor and Phipps Board Member, raised nearly $700,000 to support the educational, social, and employment-directed programs sponsored by Phipps Community Development Corporation, the not-for-profit educational, family sup port and social service affiliate of Phipps Houses.

The Phipps Houses Group is the nation's oldest and largest not-for-profit organization dedicated to the development, ownership, and management of affordable housing with related community services.
