The Builders Outreach Foundation has been making a difference one home at a time by constructing homes for low-income families, primarily in the Frogtown area of St. Paul. Since 1994, the Foundation has been helping to bring new life to this inner-city community by replacing vacant lots and dilapidated housing stock with new homes and filling them with homeowners who take pride in their residence and their neighborhood. This year, with the generous help of local builder Rottlund Homes, two new duplexes were built, and are ready to welcome four more families to the neighborhood.
