Rhonda Shuptrine fills the new role of Director of Professional Services and has several decades of experience in customer service and support positions for leading software companies such as Intuit/American Fundware (NASDAQ: INTU) as well as Kintera (NASDAQ: KNTA). Rhonda has a long history of improving customer satisfaction and client retention as well as driving process improvement for her clients. She will be responsible for growing out the new Professional Services division of BuilderMT including hiring and training Certified Consultants. Rhonda will manage all implementation and database conversion activities, as part of BuilderMT's competitive "Switch" campaign, for BuilderMT clients as well as structure and implement a comprehensive client training program.

As the Product Manager for BPM, Shawn Turnbow will be responsible for the growth and future development of BuilderMT's signature software solution - BPM "Business Process Management." Shawn has more than a decade of Information Systems experience including software development leadership positions at Netifice Communications and MegaPath (now merged into the largest IP Managed Service provider in North America).
