J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. has announced the acquisition of 17 acres Iocated off of Howard Avenue Howard Avenue is one of Windsor's main north-south arterial roads, serving Casino Windsor, downtown, and Devonshire Mall, before leading into Essex County. The road is very heavily travelled and hevily developed with industry and commercial shops along much of its length. , Franklin Township, New Jersey Franklin Township is the name of some places in the U.S. state of New Jersey:

JGPCO purchased the property from the BOC (Bell Operating Company) One of 22 companies that was formerly part of AT&T and later organized into seven regional companies. See RBOC.  Group, Inc., one of the world's largest leading gas companies.

The property is conveniently located in Somerset County, New Jersey Somerset County is a county located in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of 2000, the population was 297,490. It is part of the New York Metropolitan Area. Its county seat is Somerville6. Somerset County has the seventh-highest per capita income of any U.S.  and is easily accessible to routes 287, 22 and 1-78. JGPCO plans up to 220,000 s/f of 32' clear industrial buildings for the site.

Jeff Garibaldi and Mike McDonough from the Garibaldi Group were responsible for closing this transaction on behalf of the seller, The BOC Group, Inc. of Murray Hill. Petrucci Co., Inc. has retained The Garibaldi Group to continue marketing the available property for sale or lease.
