BuildNet, Inc., a leading provider of management software and e-commerce services to homebuilders, dealers and suppliers in the residential construction industry, and PM Online, a leading provider of e-commerce management software to landlords and suppliers in the residential property management industry, today announced a partnership to integrate BuildNet's e-commerce platform with PM Online software.

Through this partnership, PM Online software users should be able to engage in e-commerce with any member of the BuildNet community, including builders, dealers, suppliers and manufacturers. By linking directly to the BuildNet e-commerce platform, PM Online creates an integrated link from the property manager's back-office software system directly into BuildNet's business-to-business infrastructure. This should allow for the dynamic integration of information from property managers to their suppliers, improving business practices, and should save time and money by creating efficiency and eliminating data entry errors.
