BuildLinks Bolsters Customer Focus with New Initiatives and New Hire; Establishes Builder Advisory Council and Users Group; Hires Customer Advocate.

The first User's Group included 6 hands-on users of BuildLinks' technology. Attendees viewed an upcoming new release of BuildLinks and had discussed how their organizations are currently using the solution and what additional features they would like to see included in the future. This group will meet monthly to share ideas and continue a dialogue with BuildLinks' senior staff regarding the operational aspects of the product.

To further support customers, BuildLinks created the Director of Customer Operations position. In this position, Lynne Hingtgen will be responsible for leading new customer integration, training and on-going technical support. Additionally, Hingtgen will work with the new advisory groups, gather new product requirements and manage customer communication.

Hingtgen brings extensive experience in the residential building industry with more than six years at Wayne Homes by Centex. Having been in their shoes, she understands builders and the challenges they face. With this insight, she will serve as a powerful industry and customer advocate for the BuildLinks team.

BuildLinks will exhibit at the 2006 International Builders Show showcasing the latest release of its leading web-based, collaborative, project management solution. Attendees can view a live demonstration in Booth W4449 in the TecHomeExpo section of the show.
