Buhler Industries Selects ARI's PartSmart as Foundation of Dealer Network; Tractor Division to Provide Dealers with Comprehensive Business Solution.

ARI Network Services, Inc. (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of electronic catalog-enabled business solutions for manufacturers and their service and distribution networks, announced today that Buhler Industries Inc. (CNDX:BUI) of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, has selected ARI's PartSmart(TM) electronic parts catalog for distribution to their dealers.

Under the agreement, all of Buhler's North American dealerships will use ARI's PartSmart catalog to view illustrated parts catalogs and obtain up-to-date, accurate parts and pricing information. Buhler and ARI are currently working together to publish the first PartSmart catalog that will include their new Genesis and Versatile product lines. Buhler recently acquired the Genesis and Versatile product lines from New Holland.
