The transaction included the repayment of 50 percent of the $3 million Buhler Industries Inc. shareholder loan. Bradley Steel produces the metal I-beams used in the production of truck trailer bodies. These beams are shipped to truck trailer manufactures throughout North America. Bradley Steel projects its annual sales to be $10 million. Gerdau MRM Steel Inc. is a primary producer of special steel products at its facilities located in Selkirk Selkirk, town, CanadaSelkirk, town (1991 pop. 9,815), SE Man., Canada, on the Red River. Just S of Lake Winnipeg, it is a port for products from N Manitoba. There are steel mills, foundries, and shipyards in the town.
