Buhler Industries, Inc. has negotiated the purchase of the Alloway Alloway, Scotland: see Ayr. Industries LLC manufacturing plant and equipment located in Fargo, N.D. Alloway was a joint venture enterprise between Deere & Company and Woods Equipment Company. It had earlier been announced that the plant and operation would be closed.
