James Barrasso has extensive multi-unit experience in both the fine dining and upscale casual dining industry segments. Most recently, Barrasso was Director of Operations for Morton's of Chicago, where he had operational responsibility for 15 units. He started with Morton's in 1991 as a General Manager. From 1981 to 1991, Barrasso worked for the Barnsider Management Corporation where he served in various management capacities, including menu development, purchasing, and as a supervisor for three Barnsider units.
