James Barrasso has extensive multi-unit experience in both the fine dining and upscale casual dining industry segments. Most recently, Barrasso was Director of Operations for Morton's of Chicago, where he had operational responsibility for 15 units. He started with Morton's in 1991 as a General Manager. From 1981 to 1991, Barrasso worked for the Barnsider Management Corporation where he served in various management capacities, including menu development, purchasing, and as a supervisor for three Barnsider units. Barrasso holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales Wales, Welsh Cymru, western peninsula and political division (principality) of Great Britain (1991 pop. 2,798,200), 8,016 sq mi (20,761 sq km), west of England; politically united with England since 1536. The capital is Cardiff.  University in Providence, R.I.
