Before joining Buena Vista Publishing Group, Mac Leod was the publisher of Working Mother magazine from 1989-1991 and Children magazine from 1986-1989. Prior to that, she served as director of new ventures for Rodale Press, where she was responsible for all acquisitions, mergers and start-ups for the company.
