Budweiser Rocks Into Summer as Sponsor of Reventon Super Estrella Mega Concert; For Third Straight Year Proceeds Benefit the Hispanic Scholarship Fund.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 10, 2000

Budweiser and Spanish contemporary hit music station 97.5 FM-KSSE Super Estrella will kick off the summer with a mega concert featuring today's hottest Latin acts. The star-studded concert is scheduled for Saturday, July 15 at the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim. And for the third consecutive year proceeds will benefit the Hispanic Scholarship Fund.

 recipients have been awarded over $70,000 in scholarships as a result of this concert," said Luis de Leon, director of corporate relations for Anheuser-Busch Companies. "Since 1976 we have raised more than $28 million for the HSF. This investment has enabled approximately 30,000 Hispanics to continue their education."

Annually, local wholesalers contribute to the HSF by a "Cent-per-Case" promotion in which contributions are made for every case of Budweiser products sold. This year's promotion was held from April 4 through May 16.

Reventon Super Estrella will feature performances by: Carlos Ponce Carlos Armando Ponce, Jr. (b.
