PROPHIX Software Inc., a provider of data analysis solutions such as budgeting, reporting, forecasting, planning, and consolidation to mid-market companies, has released PROPHIX Enterprise Version 6.1. Version 6.1 includes new modules for management-style boardroom reports, automated au·to·mate

Toronto-based PROPHIX says Version 6.1 includes various processes and reporting functionality to allow users to become more effective in their day-to-day jobs, providing a better environment to allow for improved analysis of the business.

Some of the added functionalities within PROPHIX Enterprise 6.1 include:

* Dashboard (1) See Mac Dashboard.

(2) A software-based control panel for one or more applications, network devices or industrial machines. Dashboards display simulated gauges and dials that look somewhat like an automobile dashboard.
 Module. The dashboard module is a management-style reporting tool used to present critical data in a summary form. Task Scheduler is a component of Microsoft Windows that allows users to schedule launch of programs or scripts at pre-defined times or after specified time
 is used to schedule processes to run at a specified time. All scheduled tasks created in PROPHIX can be further modified in Windows scheduled tasks.
