Marshall is pleased to announce that the Company has signed an agreement to increase participation by Labor Ready Labor Ready, Inc., based in Tacoma, Washington, is the United States' largest provider of temporary manual labor to the construction industry, other light industry, and small businesses. Its shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol LRW.  Inc. on its Info Center Boards.

This increase expands Labor Readys' listings from 24 cities (contracted in September 1999) to 30. The increase reflects both Labor Readys' satisfaction with the results produced by Info Center Board advertising and Labor Readys' own aggressive expansion plans.

As they install more Info Center Boards, advertising interest is expanding with the Company's national market exposure. Expansion into European and Australian markets are also currently under investigation.
