: BUDH) plans for international expansion are talking shape. The Company is engaged in advanced discussions with Ecommerce marketing and development company, Synerg-e Consult Hamburg. The plans call for Synerg-e to establish a European Branch Office to drive the expansion of all facets of Budgethotels' business model throughout Europe. Specifically, Synerg-e would implement a marketing and infrastructure program to drive online travel bookings, extend Budgethotels' network of Infocenter reservation boards as well as sell online advertising.

This focus on Europe is recognition of the immense size of the European "budget" travel market where ground transportation by train, bus and automobile are preferred methods of travel within the continent.
