Mr. William J. Marshall, President and CEO, wishes to advise the shareholders that the Company anticipates completion of the updating of its Business Plan by mid-September.

The Plan will identify those areas where revenues can be most rapidly and effectively increased and will determine the amount of funding required to implement the Plan.

Once the Company's financial requirements are determined it is planned to enter into an agreement with an Investor Relations firm to assist in raising the funds on the most favorable terms possible. A number of Investor Relation firms have recently contacted the Company expressing interest in assisting with BudgetHotels.com's future growth.

BudgetHotels.com, Inc. is becoming a leader in providing innovative Internet hotel reservations and its Info Center division is rapidly expanding its advertising board locations for services for budget travelers. There are currently 73 Info Center Boards across the U.S.A and Canada. Budget travel is by far the largest segment of the rapidly growing travel industry with expenditures of over 750 billion.
