Budget grocer takes Pa. Space.

PHILADELPHIA: Metro Commercial announced that it has brokered a nearly 17,000 s/f lease transaction for Save-A-Lot supermarket in Philadelphia, Pa.

 of Metro Commercial represented Save-A-Lot in the lease transaction. The supermarket, which is expected to open next spring, joins Family Dollar in the redeveloped former Levitz Furniture space at 2201 Oregon Oregon, city, United States
