HECKMONDWIKE firm Consultant Services Group Ltd are bucking the credit crunch by having one of their most successful Christmas periods in their 40 year history.

Several new contracts - approaching pounds 1/2 million - have been awarded or commenced in the December period, a 150% increase on the same period last year.

Company chairman, Keith Midgley, has seen CSG through previous recessions and said: "Think that you can and you will has always been a CSG motto and has served us well during years when we have experienced the ups and downs caused by former recessions".
