The Buchanan Counseling Center is based on Clarian Health's Methodist Hospital campus, and provides therapy and counseling services at 10 locations throughout central Indiana. The centers provide pastoral counseling, which works to integrate both the mental and spiritual aspects of the individual in dealing with the issues that affect their lives. While counselors and therapists are not all ordained clergy, all have strong faith-based orientations. The Buchanan Counseling Center, like the companies it honors through the Family Life Enhancement Award, believes in balance. For Buchanan clients, that means emotional balance and spiritual balance. The centers offer a host of counseling services including marital and family counseling. Past winners of the Family Life Enhancement Award include Eli Lilly, Cummins Engine and Atlas Van Lines.
