firm, today announced the election of Donald S. Lee, of its Business Practice group, to shareholder in the Los Angeles office. Mr. Lee's area of practice is general corporate and securities law, including the formation and structuring of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing To start an own company or to bring a new product to the market, the venture may need to attract financial funding.
