Bryan Chance Promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Titan Global Holdings; Curtis Okumura to Remain President and Chief Operating Officer of Titan PCB West, Inc. and Titan PCB East, Inc.

DALLAS -- Titan Global Holdings, Inc. ("Titan") (OTC BB: TTGL) announced its Board of Directors named Bryan Chance its President and Chief Operating Officer effective today. Until a replacement is named, Mr. Chance will continue to hold the position of Titan's Chief Financial Officer as he has since January, 2006. Mr. Chance replaces Curtis Okumura.

Mr. Okumura has spent his successful career in the printed circuit board industry and has been with Titan and its predecessor company for more than five years. Mr. Okumura will remain President and Chief Operating Officer of Titan PCB West, Inc. and Titan PCB East, Inc. (collectively "Titan PCB") and a member of its Board of Directors.

As Titan has evolved into a diversified company, Mr. Okumura recommended to the Board of Directors, and the other Directors concurred, that Titan was best served under the leadership of Mr. Chance given his strong financial background and his contributions to Titan since joining it in January of this year.

Mr. Okumura led Titan PCB through its successful turnaround. As Titan PCB continues to grow and evolve, Mr. Okumura felt he needs to focus all of his attention on the business unit opportunities without the corporate duties of the parent.

As Titan's CFO, Mr. Chance is uniquely qualified to manage Titan's diverse businesses. Further, in his eight months with Titan, Mr. Chance has proven to have great team building and leadership skills.

With respect to Titan's subsidiaries in the communications space, including Oblio Telecom Inc., Starttalk, Inc. and Pinless, Inc. (collectively "Oblio"), Kurt Jensen will remain its President and Chief Operating Officer.
