) announced its Board of Directors named Bryan Chance its President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

 effective today. Until a replacement is named, Mr. Chance will continue to hold the position of Titan's Chief Financial Officer as he has since January, 2006. Mr. Chance replaces Curtis Okumura.
