(NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :BW) announced that Michael C. Hasychak has been named Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. He joined the Company in 1981 as a staff accountant and has served as Treasurer since 1990 and as Secretary since 1994. Mr. Hasychak will report to Gordon D. Harnett, Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer, with regard to his investor relations and secretarial duties and to John D. Grampa gram·pa n. Informal A grandfather. Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University, an MBA from Central Michigan University Central Michigan University, at Mount Pleasant, Mich.; coeducational; est. 1892 as a normal school, became Central State Teachers College in 1927, achieved university status in 1959. In addition to his treasury responsibilities Mr. Schiavoni will also assist Mr. Hasychak on investor relations matters.
