(NYSE:BW) announced that Michael C. Hasychak has been named Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. He joined the Company in 1981 as a staff accountant and has served as Treasurer since 1990 and as Secretary since 1994. Mr. Hasychak will report to Gordon D. Harnett, Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer, with regard to his investor relations and secretarial duties and to John D. Grampa, Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, on treasury responsibilities.
