(NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :BW) announced that Michael C. Hasychak has been named Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. He joined the Company in 1981 as a staff accountant and has served as Treasurer since 1990 and as Secretary since 1994. Mr. Hasychak will report to Gordon D. Harnett, Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer, with regard to his investor relations and secretarial duties and to John D. Grampa gram·pa n. Informal A grandfather. Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University, an MBA from Central Michigan University Central Michigan University, at Mount Pleasant, Mich.; coeducational; est. 1892 as a normal school, became Central State Teachers College in 1927, achieved university status in 1959.
