Brush Wellman Names Manager of Reading, Pennsylvania Plant.

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 1999--Brush Wellman Inc. (NYSE:BW) announces that Greg Gregory has been appointed plant manager of its Reading, Pennsylvania manufacturing operation.

Gregory comes to Brush Wellman from Ethyl Corp., where he had worked since 1977. He most recently had served as plant manager of the company's Houston plant, which produces specialty chemicals used as performance additives in lubricants such as motor oil and gear oil.

Gregory has a degree in chemical engineering from the University of South Carolina.
