Brush Engineered Materials WAM Unit to Acquire Certain Assets of Semi Alloys Company.

Mount Vernon is a city in Westchester County, New York. It is just north of New York City's Bronx border.

The purchase will include certain assets presently located in Mount Vernon, as well as assembly operations in Subic Bay, Philippines. Terms were not disclosed.

Semi Alloys announced late in April that it would be exiting the COMBO-LID(R) business.
