:BW) announced today that its previously announced public offering of shares of common stock has been priced at $ 18.75 per share. The offering will include 2.05 million primary shares -- 350,000 more than previously announced -- and 115,000 secondary shares. The primary shares are being issued by Brush and the secondary shares are being sold by selling shareholders. Brush will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling shareholders. The net proceeds Net Proceeds
