Brunt: We should have scored more.

CHRIS Brunt looked back on Albion's victory against Bristol City, insisting: "It should have been more."

Albion have scored the most goals in the division and have the best goal difference, but Brunt feels they should have added to City's misery.

"It was a good win, two goals after half-time killed the game off, we also had chances to score more," he said.

"It was disappointing to concede a late goal but this was a convincing win.

"The first goal was on the back of a chance for them too, it was a great strike. The second one came pretty quickly afterwards. It's good we've got the ability to hit teams when they're still recovering from a goal.

"They'd only lost two games and had a good record coming here, but on this performance, it was pretty convincing.

"Teams have come to The Hawthorns and made life difficult for us, but it wasn't to be this time. Everything seemed to fall into place."

Brunt has no fears about Albion's distribution of goals. He became top scorer by grabbing his fifth goal of the campaign.

"When they're coming from midfield, it can look like you're not scoring many goals," he added.

"But goals are coming from everywhere in our team, maybe the strikers haven't chipped in with as many as they'd have liked. That doesn't matter on this performance, they're creating chances for others.

"Luke Moore worked his socks off again but things haven't seemed to fall for him.

"It's good the fans are seeing goals and it's nice to score them but hopefully they won't get too carried away. If we grind out a 1-0 win then that's just as good.

"We want to score three or four goals every week. But it's not always going to be possible.

"Teams like Palace and Swansea have come here, made it difficult for us and got results."
